Our team provides major financial institutions, large public entities and global organisations with customised solutions and strategic advice, for both technical, process and organisational aspects, covering most Business domains, supported by leading digital platforms and innovative Fintech.
Our Banking Solutions practice provides advisory and delivery services to our Financial Services Industry (FSI) clients all around the world.
As an Analyst within our ISDB Practice, you will have the opportunity to assist in delivering transformation programs in our digital banking practice and gain exposure to cutting-edge market solutions.
Your next challenge- Assist in Digital and Core banking projects (analysis, design, build, test, deploy)..
- Support project managers with agile methodologies and best practices.Assist in monitoring project progress, including scope, schedule, and risks.Help define basic project management processes.
- Support production of management dashboards and KPIs.
- Prepare basic status updates for your tasks.
- Assist in digital banking transformation initiatives.
- Work with the Digital team to help deliver client solutions.
- Participate in business and IT workshops to gather requirements and support testing.
- Bring new ideas to solve existing issues.
- Assist in feasibility studies and innovation research.
- Hold a Master degree in Business Administration, Finance or IT
- Have 6 months of internship experience in finance, banking, or IT.
- Basic understanding and interest in Core Banking and Digital transformation.
- Strong interest in banking and digital solutions.
- Basic knowledge of major digital solutions and Core Banking Solutions is a plus.
- Familiarity with banking domains (e.g., CRM, compliance).
- Be fluent in English and French or German
- Open to occasional travel.
