Your Role: Why You Matter
As a Welcome Desk Agent, you are the face of KPMG Luxembourg. You make sure employees feel welcomed, supported and guided — every single day.
You're not "just" at a desk.
You're the first contact, the problem solver, and the connector between people and services.
Welcome & Support
- Greet and welcome KPMG staff with a professional and friendly attitude
- Be the first point of contact for Facilities-related questions and requests
- Make sure everyone feels supported and informed
Facilities Helpdesk
- Manage and follow up on requests via the ticketing system
- Coordinate and track staff requests from start to finish
- Ensure smooth communication between teams and service providers
Admin & Organization
- Handle basic administrative tasks (filing, reporting, follow-ups)
- Keep information structured, clear and up to date
Presentations & Onboarding
- Support staff onboarding and welcome sessions
- Help prepare and deliver Facilities-related presentations
- Contribute to a positive first-day experience for new joiners
- (Other activities may be added depending on business needs — variety guaranteed)
What We're Looking For
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have an A-level (or equivalent) in Administration, HR, Communication or a related field
- Bring at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Are naturally people-oriented and service-minded
- Communicate clearly, confidently and professionally
- Stay calm, organized and solution-focused — even when things get busy
- Have experience with concierge or facilities services
- Speak English and French fluently
German and Luxembourgish are a big plus
