Financial Services Project Manager

Vos activités

  • Aider à la définition et au cadrage des besoins, à la répartition des responsabilités entre Reply et le client et la composition des équipes.  

  • Identifier les risques potentiels et mettre en œuvre des mesures préventives tout au long du cycle de vie du projet.

  • Élaborer et contrôler des calendriers adaptés à la taille des projets, en veillant à ce que les progrès soient réalisés en temps voulu et à ce que l'équipe soit coordonnée.

  • Maintenir une documentation complète sur le projet et superviser l'enregistrement des ressources et la facturation.

  • Préparer des documents de présentation et équiper les membres de l'équipe pour qu'ils puissent s'engager efficacement auprès des clients et présenter des propositions.

  • Partager vos connaissances au sein de notre Practice de Transformation.

Votre profil

  • Un Master en finance, ou en administration des affaires d'un Établissement d'Enseignement supérieur du Luxembourg ou d'un pays où Reply opère (la liste est disponible içi).

  • La maîtrise professionnelle totale de l'anglais ou du français. L'italien est un atout.

  • 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets dans le domaine du risque et/ou de la finance dans le secteur bancaire.

  • La connaissance de méthodologies de gestion de projet (Prince2, Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK, etc.).

  • Une expérience antérieure dans la direction d'équipes aux niveaux d'expertise et de compétences variés.

  • La connaissance des acteurs bancaires et du marché du conseil Luxembourgeois.
