I am pleased to present a position for an accountant within a Belgian group located in the north of Luxembourg, near the Belgian border, in a calm and peaceful environment. You will work alongside skilled professionals, at the heart of the group's financial functions, within a team of around ten people. The office atmosphere is warm and relaxed, while remaining conducive to productivity and professional development.
The company, operating in the industrial sector, provides high-quality services to a wide range of clients, including individuals, businesses, and public administrations. Originally based in Belgium, the group first expanded into Luxembourg and later into several European countries, and is now recognized as a leading player in its field.
Your Responsibilities | Accounting – Career Growth
- As an accountant, you will be responsible for participating in the accounting process.
- You will work independently on various aspects such as invoice management, accounting entries, and data entry.
- For other financial aspects, your role will be more limited to support tasks, such as quarterly and annual closings, analytical accounting, etc.
- Finally, you will be responsible for a number of purely administrative tasks.
Profile and Career Path | Accounting – Career Growth
- Fluency in French is required, at least at an intermediate level
- Good command of English is also necessary
- Previous experience in an accounting or assistant accounting role of at least 2 years is required
- A certain degree of autonomy, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team, will also be expected
