- Enforcing access control policies and monitoring surveillance systems;
- Managing badges, authorizations, and maintaining accurate records;
- Conducting searches and inspections when required;
- Providing professional customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors;
- Identifying and responding to suspicious activities, incidents, or emergencies;
- Patrolling assigned areas to detect hazards, violations, or unauthorized access;
- Communicating clearly with the security operations center and preparing incident reports;
- Safeguarding confidential materials and preserving evidence when necessary;
- Promoting a safe, respectful, and professional environment in line with company policies.
- Solid background in security operations with proven on‑site experience;
- Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise teams effectively.
- Familiarity with datacenter environments and their specific requirements;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related administrative tools;
- Clear verbal and written communication in English;
- Skilled in applying security protocols, procedures, and best practices;
- Strong knowledge of supervisory methods and operational standards.
