We are currently seeking a committed individual to participate in the end-of-December campaign for depositary assets inventories pertaining to private capital funds. In the role of Consultant for the Depositary Assets Inventories Campaign, you will assume a pivotal position in ensuring the efficacy of the campaign through the meticulous execution of various tasks.

  • Compilation of records associated with private capital funds
  • Conducting reconciliation and consistency assessments on the compiled records
  • Thorough documentation of work for archival purposes
  • Effective resolution of discrepancies and exceptions with depositary bank stakeholders
  • Timely generation of conclusive documents adhering to stringent quality standards
  • Regular communication regarding work progress and adept handling of any impediments

  • Business: Funds industry & Securities Market / Fund Depositary / Fund Central Administration / Safekeeping and OVRK of Other assets
  • Norms & Process: UCITS and AIFM regulations
  • Technical: Good knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Financial applications (Bloomberg, etc.)
  • Functional: Knowledge of OVRK processes
  • Language: French / English
  • Experience: Between 3 to 5 years proven experience in the field
