Functional Title: PAMSA Portfolio Manager
Location: Luxembourg
Role Relationships:
Reporting to Douglass Welch, Managing Director / Portfolio Conducting Officer
Key Stakeholders the role will interact with:
· Head of Portfolio Management and Senior Portfolio Managers (by strategy)
· Heads of Operations & Fund Finance
· New Products Team
· Investor Relations Team
Role Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management
· General support to PAMSA Portfolio Management oversight in all aspects of PM function, including:
o Screening new investment opportunities presented to the PAMSA Investment Committee
o Monitoring Investment Restrictions of portfolio assets within all vehicles
o Review of trading activity and monitoring eligibility of participating Fund vehicles
o Engagement in the Allocation Process
o Preparation of ad-hoc internal analysis on portfolio assets
o Assisting in the DDQ/RFPs for new and existing investors
o Ensure that both ongoing and onboarding vendor reviews related to the PM function are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
o Preparation of periodic reports on Portfolios and assets
o Assist in the preparation of regulatory reporting on portfolios/assets
o Assist in smooth operational functioning of portfolio assets and ad-hoc problem solving
· Post-close engagement & monitoring:
o Engage & facilitate the transaction execution mechanics (with Operations team)
o Monitor the asset life cycle on all investments (coordinating with the operations team)
o Monitor borrower financial information (with Origination & Credit Analytics teams)
o Participation in semi-annual credit reviews
· Prepare monitoring statistics for internal PAMSA forums
· Assist in assessing delegate performance under Service Level Agreements

Work Experience and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will embody several of the below characteristics:
· Strong academic background and display of intellectual curiosity
· 5 to 10 years relevant financial industry experience
· Work experience in the Asset Management industry
· Understanding of fiduciary duties of fund management
· Mathematical knowledge of credit assets / financial modelling skills
Advanced programming skills in EXCEL / PowerBI / Python is essential
· Dynamic, outgoing personality and willingness to engage
· Ability to identify problems and quickly propose solutions
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to work independently
· Punctuality and awareness of time-sensitivity of task completion
· Appreciation for personal and team dynamics
· Understanding of personal accountability
