JOB DESCRIPTION:

Alter Domus is looking for a talented IT Infrastructure Architect to enhance our technology landscape. In this role, you will utilize your technical expertise and analytical skills to drive innovative solutions and ensure compliance with industry standards. In this role, you will;

Review, define and document new components of Alter Domus platformEnsure that delivered solution are compliant with established standardEstablish strategic technology roadmap in line with application strategy and Business requirementsManage relationship with key stakeholders in IT and external partiesProvide IT solutions to business requirements whilst aligning to IT strategies and standardsFacilitate sharing and alignment of knowledge & best practice with IT areasProvide support to all IT group teams to provide guidance in different steps of projectsWork with the software architect team to adapt the infrastructure based on development requirementsDefine new infrastructure security standards for new applications (cloud and on premise)Experience with web technologies and building enterprise architecture roadmapsExperience designing, integrating and managing complex infrastructure solutions in a multinational environmentKnowledge of client-server networking and database managementAbility to provide technical system solutions, determine overall design direction, estimate of the solution implementation and provide hardware recommendations for complex technical issuesExperience in planning and developing support processes and adhering to best practicesStrong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologiesAnticipate and evaluate architecture risksComprehend complex technical details and relay information to both technical and business stakeholdersMaintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulationsProject management experience is a plus

Technical Competencies:

Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including server and client OS, Active Directory, SQL, EntraID, PKI, Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune)Detailed technical knowledge of Citrix solutionsExperience in implementing Identity Governance and Administration solutions.Experience in implementing or managing datacenters and virtual environments.Experience in Collaboration and Communication solutions.Advanced technical knowledge of network related technologies (WAN, SD-WAN, LAN, Datacenter)Managed Services and Cloud experience (Azure and AWS)Familiar with ITIL framework, tickets and Change management and associated workflowsStrong understanding or expereince of backup technologies and principles Architecture and/or Technical Certification (TOGAF, CITA, EACOE, Certified SOA Architect, CISCO, Microsoft)

Your Profile:

At least 10 years of IT experience in financial industry, as an architect or senior engineerTeam player with strong interpersonal skillsWillingness to work with teams in multiple time zonesAble to interact with all levels of managementTop-down thinker, with the ability to translate business domain needs into technology domain solutionsExperienced in manage challenging situations with key client's requirements and third-party constraints, focused on building consensus in such situationsAbility to prioritize the technology roadmap based on business value, and to drive the creation of business cases for IT investments in business languageAbility to explain complex technical solutions to audiences at different technical knowledgeYou are fluent in English (written and spoken)You can work under pressure and time constraints, and you maintain strict attention to detail in high-pressure situationsStrong communication (verbal/written/listening) skillsAbility to work hands-on and leading by example
