 Afin de renforcer les équipes de DEEP au sein de Business Line Client Infrastructure, nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Solution Architect - Infrastructure / Presales (m/f/n) à temps plein.

Vos missions
  • Supporter l'organisation commerciale en tant que Technology Expert (expertise verticale)
  • Construire une expertise approfondie d'un domaine technique et assurer personnellement l'accroissement et le maintien en condition de cette expertise (éventuellement construire une expertise dans un autre domaine de compétence de Deep)
  • Assister les forces commerciales pour les parties techniques et financières de leurs offres, (volet rédactionnel, contractuel et financier) en étroite collaboration avec Delivery
  • Assurer l'accroissement des ventes par le développement et l'enrichissement du portefeuille de solutions technologiques en collaboration avec les équipes techniques
  • Traduire les besoins du client d'un point de vue business vers un point de vue technique (et inversement)
  • Collaborer et accompagner l'équipe de vente pour qualifier, fournir et défendre les solutions techniques répondant aux besoins des clients, en veillant à ce que les objectifs commerciaux soient atteints.
  • Concevoir des solutions sur mesure et créer des présentations convaincantes
  • Élaborer des propositions complètes, y compris l'architecture de la solution, les plans de mise en œuvre et les estimations de coûts en relation avec le besoin métier de nos clients
  • Maintenir les partenariats avec les fournisseurs stratégiques du portfolio (certifications, …)
  • Représenter l'entreprise lors d'événements clients ou partenaires
  • Développer des services à valeur ajouté connexes à nos produits et solutions
Votre profil
  • Disposer d'un diplôme niveau 'Licence' avec une spécialisation dans le commerce, stratégie, vente, support vente, ou technologie
  • Avoir minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle d'avant-vente (ou un rôle de consultant technique)
  • Avoir une connaissance approfondie des produits/solutions de « end user computing » (laptop, workstation, desktop, écrans etc…) et des produits/solutions d'impression (Imprimantes, « Managed Print Services »)
  • Avoir une expérience dans le développement de services de type managed services, service de déploiement, d'assistance sur site client…
  • Savoir planifier, coordonner, rédiger et identifier un besoin
  • Etre orienté client
  • Avoir une bonne connaissance du marché luxembourgeois constitue un atout
  • Maitriser le français et l'anglais. Le luxembourgeois et l'allemand constituent un atout
