The Paperjam Club, Luxembourg's premier business club, supports its members in expanding their network and discovering new business opportunities, enhancing their visibility and brand, as well as developing their teams' skills. Through the Academy and a rich agenda of content, events, and unique experiences (business, sports, culture, wellness), our 1,800 member companies benefit from an exclusive ecosystem to accelerate their growth and influence within the Luxembourg business community.

We are looking for a motivated Account Manager who can advise our clients and prospects on the added value of the club and support the growth of our community.

Your missions:

Member development and retention

  • Attract new members, particularly in strategic sectors (Finance, Tech, Real Estate) and among the largest employers.
  • Retain existing members and ensure optimal renewal of subscriptions.

Achievement of financial goals

  • Contribute to the visibility and brand image of the Paperjam Club in the market.
  • Present our services in a strategic manner tailored to the needs of clients and prospects.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure member satisfaction and achieve overall financial goals.
  • Negotiate and sign multi-year subscriptions.

Commercial performance and quality of service

  • Maintain a high and regular level of business activity (prospecting, follow-up on appointments…).
  • Select quality members who align with the values and standards of the club.
  • Work in a team and contribute to a business and results-oriented culture.
  • Connecting members at events and providing strategic advice to help them grow their business.

Profile sought:

  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in sales, with demonstrated results.
  • Excellent consulting and client relationship skills.
  • Autonomy, pragmatism, and tenacity.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a strong results orientation.
  • Good knowledge of the Luxembourg economic and institutional fabric.
  • Ease in communication with high-level interlocutors.
  • Proficient in prospecting and sales management tools (LinkedIn, Salesforce/CRM, AI solutions).
  • Dynamism, involvement, and interest in community engagement during events.
  • Team spirit and sense of collaboration.
  • Mastery of French and English (both spoken and written).
