Your Role

• As an
  Operations Advisor
  , you will play a key role in ensuring smooth technical operations and compliance with health and safety standards. Your responsibilities include:
• Approving technical, maintenance, and tyre requests
• Managing breakdowns and coordinating with roadside assistance and garages
• Monitoring supplier invoices and controlling maintenance costs
• Handling disputes and ensuring accurate invoicing
• Optimizing RMT processes and inventory management
• Supporting customer satisfaction and managing complaints
• Assisting the Operations Manager with daily tasks
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
• Contributing to innovation and fostering strong client and supplier relationships
• Execute any other duty or task required by the hierarchy

Your Profile

• Rigorous, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
• Positive attitude and proactive mindset
• Solid experience in automotive technical operations; mechanical knowledge of vehicles is a strong asset (and may be required for this role)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Your excellent ability to work in a team and your strong "hands-on" mentality complete your profile
• Insurance and bodywork (carrosserie) knowledge is a strong asset
• Knowledge of health and safety standards is a plus
