Your Responsibilities | Avocat – Droit – Legal – Lawyer – Corporate – Droit des sociétés – M&A

  • Vous serez responsable de la rédaction de la documentation juridique, intervenant dans le cadre d'incorporations ou encore la partie transactionnelle comme des fusions et acquisitions.
  • Vous agirez en tant que conseiller de confiance pour vos clients, en les guidant dans la prise de décisions stratégiques.
  • Vous évaluerez les risques liés aux décisions d'entreprise, aux investissements et aux choix stratégiques des clients.
    Vous travaillerez étroitement avec l'Associé ainsi que d'autres collaborateurs Sénior afin d'assurer votre formation quotidienne ainsi que la satisfaction clients.

Profile and Career Path | Avocat – Droit – Legal – Lawyer – Corporate – Droit des sociétés – M&A

  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 4 ans minimum en droit des sociétés au sein de cabinets d'avocats au Luxembourg, ce qui vous permettra de mener à bien vos missions.
  • La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est indispensable, compte tenu de la diversité de la clientèle. La connaissance de l'allemand constituera un atout supplémentaire.
  • Vous êtes pragmatique et appréciez la transparence et la franchise dans vos relations professionnelles : vous retrouverez ces valeurs au sein du cabinet.
