We're looking for a skilled Process Modeller to join our team. As a Process Modeller, you'll help us understand and improve how we work by creating detailed maps of our business processes. You'll work closely with colleagues from different departments to identify areas for improvement and make sure our processes are efficient and effective.

You'll need to have experience in business process modelling, be proficient in using special software called ARIS, and have a good understanding of how banks operate. You should also be able to communicate complex ideas clearly and work well with others.

  • Analyse, design, and document business processes using BPMN 2.0 in ARIS

  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to capture process requirements and translate them into structured models

  • Maintain and improve the bank's process documentation standards and methodology

  • Support governance around process modelling to ensure consistency and alignment across departments and booking centres

  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and business teams, to ensure end-to-end process and system alignment

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal methodologies and best practices

  • Assist in process maturity assessments and reporting

  • Operate in a global setup with limited business travel (less than 5% annually)

YOUR PROFILE

Experience/Knowledge/Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business process modelling, preferably within the banking or financial services sector

  • Strong proficiency in BPMN 2.0 and hands-on experience using ARIS for process modelling and management

  • Familiarity with banking operational processes, risk and control frameworks, and regulatory constraints

  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Process Management, or a related field

  • Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks is a strong advantage

  • Ability to translate complex processes into clear, understandable models and documentation

  • English: Fluent (mandatory)

  • French and/or German: Considered an asset

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

  • High attention to detail and a structured working approach

  • Comfortable working autonomously as well as in cross-functional teams

  • Proactive attitude, with a willingness to drive change and support innovation

Professional and Technical

  • ARIS and or other process modelling tool

  • Microsoft Office Package

  • Six Sigma is a plus

  • Design Thinking certification is a plus

  • JIRA is a plus
