What do you bring as a chef?

  • Your tasks include performing preparatory work such as washing vegetables, slicing and filleting fish, and cutting lamb and beef for various dishes, working with a kitchen team of about 3 colleagues led by the head chef.
  • Preparing and cooking dishes, and performing quality and hygiene checks during the process.
  • Finalizing and inspecting dishes for service, so that the serving staff can take over and place them in the warming rechaud.
  • Planning daily operations and ordering food and other supplies from trusted suppliers, as well as checking delivered ingredients.
  • Supervising support staff, giving instructions, and providing guidance.
  • Daily cleaning of your work environment, kitchen appliances, and equipment before closing, as well as assisting support staff with cleaning the entire kitchen and storing delivered goods.
  • Being a good team player, flexible, and possessing strong communication skills.
  • Contributing to quality improvements, optimizations, and adjustments to menus, including developing recipes and preparation instructions.
  • Preferred qualifications include an MBO-3 or similar education with knowledge of basic cooking techniques.

Job Description:
