The roleWe are looking for a dynamic IT Analyst to join an international team of professionals in our Luxembourg office on a full-time permanent basis. You will be working alongside our global offices and in frequent communication with international teams so both teamwork and communication skills will be paramount.
The successful candidate will have a great motivation for learning, be curious with a great capability to adapt in fast-paced and multicultural environment and a hands-on approach. This role involves incident management, technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance, and continuous improvement of processes and systems to ensure the bank's daily operations run efficiently and without interruptions
Roles and Responsibilities- Provide support for banking systems and applications (product, business, and Core Banking level applications), including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to solve complex problems.
- Analyze existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Implement changes and optimizations in accordance with industry best practices and current regulations.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation on procedures, incidents, problems and system changes.
- Generate regular performance, availability and incident reports to senior management.
- Fluent in English (additional European language is a plus)
- Very good knowledge of IT systems and IT networks as well as MS Office (VBA if applicable)
- Very good knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements relevant to information technology in the financial sector as well as common industry standards

- Operate with high level of integrity and risk awareness.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or Computer Engineering
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Results orientation and customer focus.
- Proficient in Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of networks, IT security, databases (SQL/NoSQL) and monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with ITSM (IT Service Management) tools, such as JIRA or similar.
