Responsibilities :

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of banking and finance documents (loan agreements, security packages, guarantees, etc.). Working directly with partners means developing deep transactional insight from day one, gaining confidence and credibility with clients.
  • Advise financial institutions, investment funds, and corporates on Luxembourg and EU regulatory frameworks. This exposure strengthens your technical foundation and provides the satisfaction of becoming a trusted advisor on complex matters.
  • Support cross-border financing projects, liaising with major banking actors. This dynamic collaboration allows you to enhance both your legal and interpersonal skills in a multilingual environment.
  • Participate in due diligence and research tasks, ensuring quality and precision in the delivery of client advice while developing your analytical rigour.

Candidate Profile :

  • Lawyer with 2 to 4 years of experience in banking and finance law, ideally within a reputable Luxembourg firm.
  • Fluent in German and English, with strong drafting and communication skills.
  • Autonomous, structured, and motivated to progress in an intellectually stimulating environment.
  • Eager to take on responsibilities early on and contribute to the success of complex international transactions.
