Responsibilities:

  • Participate in cross-border financing transactions, including acquisition, project, and real estate finance. You will expand your technical expertise while contributing meaningfully to high-value deals.
  • Draft and negotiate complex banking documentation in direct contact with clients and senior lawyers, enhancing practical experience and confidence.
  • Advise on Luxembourg and EU regulatory and compliance matters, deepening your understanding of international financial law.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across jurisdictions, developing adaptability, global perspective, and professional versatility.

Candidate Profile:

  • 2-4 years' experience in banking and finance law, ideally in an international or top-tier Luxembourg firm.
  • Excellent English; German or French is a strong asset.
  • Pragmatic, detail-oriented, and capable of managing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated to leverage international platforms for career growth and technical development.
