Based in Luxembourg, Jetfly Aviation is the fractional ownership arm of the Jetfly Group. We operate a fleet of 70 Pilatus aircraft (PC-12 and PC-24), as well as the Cirrus SF50, combining Swiss precision with exceptional service to deliver a refined private flying experience exclusively to more than 450 co-owners across Europe.

We are looking for a Junior Client Administration Officer. You are analytical and eager to develop your skills? This is the place for you.  In your day-to-day role, you will mainly focus on contract administration (approximately 80%) and participate in billing activities (approximately 20%). You will have the opportunity to apply your problem-solving skills and rigor while learning and contributing in an international environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Process contract openings, amendments, novations, calls for funds, and pro-forma invoices.
  • Respond to co-owners' inquiries regarding contracts and billing.
  • Prepare invoices in line with company practices and flight-specific requirements.
  • Manage aircraft registration and monitor associated ownership.
  • Maintain and update databases related to contract management and billing.

Profile

  • Recent graduate in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Fluent in French and English (B2 level).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
