As an AI & Technology champion, you'll advocate, design, train, implement, and drive digital and AI-powered solutions that align with business goals and compliance needs. Using your fund industry expertise, you'll act as the hands-on link between technical teams, decision-makers, and client service delivery teams/project stakeholders.

Your skills

Must have

1. 
   
2. Diploma: A Master's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
3. Experience: 8–10 years of experience in leading technology transformation projects in the financial sector, ideally within the fund industry.
4. Soft skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, analytical problem-solving, results-driven mindset, and a passion for innovation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI and broader digital solutions frameworks catered to fund management workflows.
• Experience in scaling technology-driven prototypes across teams for continuous improvement.
• In-depth knowledge of fund industry and emerging trends in technology adoption

2. IT skills: Proficiency in AI platforms, automation tools, and digital solutions applicable to the fund management sector.
3. Languages: Fluent English (spoken and written). Knowledge of French or German is a plus.
