 Afin de renforcer les équipes de DEEP au sein de Business Line Consulting, nous recherchons actuellement un(e) DEEP - Technical Officer - Consultant Field Services (m/f/n) à temps plein.

Vos missions
  • Prendre en charge les requêtes IT des utilisateurs de nos clients au comptoir du service informatique
  • Utiliser l'outil de Service Management ServiceNow et les autres outils du client. Gérer les incidents qui seront escaladés par la première ligne de support vers le service IT local
  • Aider les utilisateurs de notre client pour l'orienter vers la meilleure solution ; respecter les procédures en place
  • Fournir le matériel IT nécessaire aux utilisateurs se présentant au comptoiry incluant la gestion administrative
  • Assurer la gestion des flux quotidiens (emails, appels, tickets) pour les incidents et les RFC notamment
  • Assurer le bon traitement ou prise en charge des demandes lors des escalades fonctionnelles
  • Assurer une communication opérationnelle adéquate vers les utilisateurs de notre client et contribuer au reporting
  • Contribuer à la rédaction et l'amélioration des procédures et documentation des outils
Votre profil
  • Vous êtes détenteur, a minima, d'un diplôme BAC + 2 orienté IT
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience de deux années minimum réussie dans un rôle similaire (helpdesk IT, technicien d'infrastructure)
  • Vous êtes doté de bonnes connaissances en informatique (bon généraliste) avec un focus sur O365 et le Cloud (les certification MS900 et AZ900 sont un avantage), Windows AD, Outlook, Laptop/desktop, etc…
  • Vous détenez une bonne connaissance des process ITIL
  • Vous êtes réactif, orienté client et solutions, avenant et à l'écoute
  • Vous maitrisez l'anglais aussi bien à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. Le Luxembourgeois est un atout. De bonnes capacités rédactionnelles sont appréciées
  • Vous avez un esprit d'analyse et une approche structurée et rigoureuse
  • Dynamique et créatif, vous avez le goût du travail en équipe et le sens du service au client vous anime
