Eurobank Private Bank Luxembourg S.A. is engaged in the business of providing Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment and Advisory services for corporate and private clients. In order to reinforce its Private Banking Department, our Bank is currently looking for a:

Private Banking Associate (m/f/d) - Luxembourg

The Private Banking Associate position`s mission is to assist a team of Private Bankers, actively contribute in serving clients to deliver overall business goals and act as the key point for the day-to-day banking.

Requirements

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Accounts Management – Client Service

  • Acts as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients dealing with day-to-day banking across the range of services and products within Private Bank
  • Responds in a timely and professional manner to client requests, owning task execution end to end, working pro-actively with Treasury, Dealing, Credit, Compliance operations to ensure delivery, to resolve issues and reduce errors
  • Keeps Private Bankers completely informed of interactions with clients and share any insights gained through client servicing
  • Ensures completeness and adequacy of documentation received by clients, maintains clients' files up to date, follows up pending/expired documentation
  • Performs general administrative tasks related to the Private Banking operations Processes client transactions (securities transactions, forex, deposits, etc.)
  • Initiates credit limit applications Performs daily operations and transactions on clients' accounts
  • Identifies areas of improvement and potential risks, contributes to the development of PB processes
  • Participates in projects related to the department
  • Assists Private Bankers to develop sales pitches
  • Assists for the identification of target clients for particular products implement and executes our Investment Philosophy
  • Maintains an up-to-date knowledge on financial-markets and Macro-economic analysis

  • Assists Private Bankers to develop sales pitches

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor degree in Banking, Finance or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in the banking sector
  • Technical skills: Good Microsoft Office Skills
  • Soft skills: Ability to work autonomously, good analytical skills, judgment, commercial Drive, presentation and communication skills, team spirit, discretion
  • Languages: Fluent English
