Ihr zukünftiges Aufgabenportfolio:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von anspruchsvollen Live-Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und Events (Präsenz, Hybrid, Digital) für unsere Zielgruppen im Private Banking und institutionellen Umfeld
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Eventmarketings und aktive Mitgestaltung innovativer Eventformate
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Eventformaten auf Basis der aktuellen Marketingplanung, unter Berücksichtigung von Trends, Kundenbedürfnissen und strategischen Zielen
  • Steuerung und Koordination externer Dienstleister sowie Führung von interdisziplinären Projektteams
  • Sicherstellung von Verbindlichkeit und professioneller Organisation - Sie behalten die Fäden in der Hand und sorgen für reibungslose Abläufe
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung eventbegleitender Kommunikationskonzepte, u.a. für Social Media und interne Kommunikation
  • Begeisterung von Menschen durch innovative Formate und ein klares Verständnis für die ökonomische Wirkung unserer Veranstaltungen
  • Verantwortung für das softwarebasierte Teilnehmermanagement und die Erfolgskontrolle der Marketing- und Eventmaßnahmen
  • Evaluation, Controlling und Nachbereitung sind für Sie selbstverständlich - Sie etablieren klare und verbindliche Messgrößen, verfolgen diese konsequent und erzielen kontinuierliche Optimierungen, auch über das Team hinaus
  • Analyse von Trends im Eventmarketing und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Budgetplanung und -kontrolle für die von Ihnen verantworteten Projekte

Sie als Mensch und Profi:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Kommunikation, Marketing, Wirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Eventmarketing, idealerweise im Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Konzeption, Organisation und Durchführung von hochwertigen Events
  • Ausgeprägte Projektmanagement-Kompetenz, Organisationstalent sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch von Vorte
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und Eventsoftware sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel
  • Innovationskraft und Freude an der Entwicklung neuer Eventformate
