For our customer, we are looking for a Project Accountant (M/F/x) thanks to the growing structure which requires reinforcement.
Our client is part of a large family office in Munich, a Real Estate company. They are mainly focused on the management of European Real Estate investments. The properties are held in individual companies (SPVs). They are really focus on long term investments. There have Private Equity and development business in Munich and also a lot of investment in Real Estate in Germany.
**The responsibilities**:
Preparation of financial statements according to Lux GAAP
Contact, coordination and preparation of documentation with tax advisors of real estate companies at home and abroad
Coordination and preparation of solutions with local asset managers in other European countries
Ongoing accounting of the Luxembourg property companies
Preparation of budgets and cash flow forecasts
Preparation of presentations for shareholders and advisory board
Preparation of project work in connection with the above activities usual general office work
**Profile**:
Accounting educational background
Practical accounting experience and Luxembourg specific tax knowledge
Understanding of corporate and tax aspects related to real estate companies and foreign investments
BoB50 and general IT skills are an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work in a team and independently
At least fluent in written and spoken German and English, French an advantage
