Key job responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives to remove seller frictions
- Optimize the registration conversion funnel performance over time against a clear set of measurable targets.
- Analyze results and use the data to drive future strategies
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including operational processes, workflows, and training documents.
- Partner with technical and business teams to drive system improvements within Seller Central self-service solutions.
- Own monthly/quarterly SSR reporting for leadership reviews and documents.
