In EU, we continue to observe an unprecedented wave of legislation that impacts Selling Partner (SP) experience (SX), constrains selection and jeopardizes GMS. This increases the complexity and cost of selling in EU and makes compliance the primary barrier to SP launches in the region.
Tax & Trade Compliance manages all regulation Sellers have to be compliant with for VAT obligations as well as customs requirements. We aim to protect 3P Business, make it easy for Sellers to become compliant and make regulators happy by supporting their enforcement plan. New regulations impacts Seller Experience and increase cost for sellers to sell in Europe.
Key job responsibilities
Key job responsibilities
- Driving seller engagement and 1:Many communication strategy for Head SPs for tax & trade regulations
- Define and track the metrics and goals needed to measure conversion and increase success in the program
- Proactively identify gaps or blockers from associates to de-risk Head SPs
- Actively seek ways to improve seller engagement strategy on process efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Communicate updates on key strategic programs and metrics to leaders and stakeholders
- Manage a team of managers and associates
A day in the life
Work with our derisking managers to support their strategies, support your engagement team managers in their Seller outreach to head SPs (1:1) and optimize messaging and other content to improve output.
