**Project Manager - Secteur Construction**:
Depuis plus de 35 ans, **HBH S.A**. accompagne ses clients au Luxembourg dans la gestion de projets de construction d’envergure.
Pour soutenir notre croissance et renforcer nos équipes sur différents projets, nous recherchons aujourd’hui **plusieurs Project Manager (M/F)** passionnés par le secteur de la construction.
**Missions proposées sur des projets d’envergures**:
**1 - Suivi budget/planning**
- Suivre plusieurs lots de travaux.
- Participer aux réunions et rédiger des rapports d’avancement (budget / planning).
**2 - Suivi travaux**
- Coordonner et piloter les travaux sur l’ensemble du projet.
- Établir les comptes-rendus et assurer les interfaces entre les différents intervenants.
**Votre profil**
- **
Diplôme**: Architecte ou Ingénieur (construction).
- ** Expérience**: Minimum 5 ans dans la gestion de projets de construction au Luxembourg, idéalement dans le secteur public.
- ** Compétences linguistiques**: Maîtrise du français indispensable. L’allemand est un atout.
- ** Qualités recherchées**: Rigueur, sens de l’organisation, aisance relationnelle et capacité à travailler en équipe.
