- Leah Cridlan- Recruitment Consultant We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to spearhead IT projects aligned with our strategic 2026 roadmap. Collaborating with various teams and entities, you'll be at the forefront of initiatives ranging from the development of innovative products and services to the seamless integration of IT landscapes in case of mergers and acquisitions, along with pivotal technological endeavors like Cloud migration. Joining a team of over 15 professionals, including Business Analysts, Project Management Office members, and fellow Project Managers, you'll play a vital role in driving our organization's success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the successful implementation of critical IT projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis and management of project risks and issues
- Provide regular updates on project progress to Executive Management and relevant portfolio governing bodies.
- Take ownership of project finances, conducting reconciliations, analyzing discrepancies, and providing clear explanations.
- Facilitate consensus among business and IT stakeholders to resolve complex challenges and drive towards effective solutions.
- Chair project governing bodies and related forums to maintain alignment and drive decision-making.
- Manage and support business transitions, ensuring robust governance and controls throughout the process.
- Demonstrate experience in leading Cloud migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions and maximizing benefits.

**Requirements**:

- 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role, showcasing a track record of successful project delivery.
- Ideally possess project management certification such as PMI, Prince 2, AgilePM, or equivalent.
- Previous experience within the financial services sector, with knowledge of the investment funds industry considered advantageous.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; fluency in French, German, or other languages would be beneficial.
