- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Managing Director Business Operations to oversee the daily business activities and drive operational excellence.
- This role requires a leader with strong business acumen, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to implement innovative solutions for long-term growth.

**1. Strategic Planning & Leadership**:

- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, innovation, and profitability.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape company direction and policies.

**2. Operational Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring seamless execution.
- Implement best practices for process optimization and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, and adherence to company policies.

**3. Financial Oversight & Budgeting**:

- Manage operational budgets, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Analyze financial performance metrics to improve profitability and sustainability.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Support the successful execution of mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships by aligning and leading corporate and business functions.
- Ensure seamless integration of newly acquired entities, fostering operational efficiency, cultural alignment, and strategic synergy realization.

**4. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement**:

- Establish and track KPIs to measure operational performance.
- Analyze data and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and develop solutions to mitigate risks.

**5. People & Team Management**:

- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Work closely with HR to recruit, train, and retain top talent.

**6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management**:

- Manage relationships with suppliers, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure strong supply chain management.
- Collaborate with clients and customers to enhance service delivery.

**7. Technology & Digital Transformation**:

- Leverage technology to drive operational efficiency and automation.
- Implement modern systems and tools to improve workflows.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in optimizing business processes and driving growth.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Financial acumen and budget management expertise.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to lead change and drive digital transformation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Hungarian is a plus).
