- Head of Luxembourg Alternative Fund Services, Managing Director is a key leadership position in Global Delivery. The Alternatives team is responsible for delivering accounting services to private markets clients including private equity, private credit, Infrastructure and real assets clients. The accounting team is accountable for positive and consistent service delivery. The MD plays a critical role in shaping the team's strategy and its execution. The role requires significant leadership to engage staff and deal with clients to support their growth and meet their changing requirements while scaling the business and fostering an environment and a culture of risk excellence.**What you will be responsible for**
As a Head of Luxembourg Alternative Fund Services, Managing Director you will:
- Focus on client outcomes, problem solving, cooperating and communicating with the rest of organization to achieve shared success
- Identify and develop opportunities for transformation and capacity creation. Drive productivity and operational effectiveness
- Develop and lead a large team, fostering high performance and creating a destination for top talent. Develop effective modes of communication, delegation, talent development, employee engagement, and succession planning.
- Process feedback from internal and external stakeholders and develop meaningful actions to resolve identified challenges and product gaps
- Strategic interactions with key stakeholders and partners to ensure continued operational excellence and risk management.
- Actively participate in industry events and forums and share insights with clients and internal colleagues to anticipate clients' needs and market trends
