**Summary**:
We are looking for two Transfer Agency Officers to join our client based in Luxembourg city. You will be responsible for day-to-day Transfer Agency tasks for client’s Luxembourg based funds. You will join a very supportive and healthy work-environment. We offer good salary at up to 70K and benefits package. Additionally you will have opportunity to grow, and be part of interesting and diverse company. Hybrid work (home/office) available.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Processing of the subscription, redemption, transfer and conversion orders as well as merger events and dividend distributions.
- Supporting any operational or organisational projects related to Registrar and Transfer Agency.
- Point of contact for investors.
**Key requirements**:
- 3 years of experience in Transfer Agency gained in Luxembourg.
- AIF - RE/PE / UCITS.
- Fluency in English + French is a plus.
