Senior Transfer Agency - UCITS
Location: Luxembourg City
Fantastic opportunity to join my client providing private banking, wealth management, investment, and advisory services We are looking for a strong and autonomous Senior Transfer Agency Officer. You will be dealing with investors on-boarding and to maintain the shareholders’ register of intra-group UCITS funds and third-party alternative investment funds (AIF).
**Key responsibilities**
- Processing of the subscription, redemption, transfer and conversion orders as well as dividend distributions.
- Issuance and transmission to the investors of contract notes, holding statements and convening notices to the AGM/EGM.
- Point of contact for investors.
- Following-up on auditors requests relating to investors documentation.
**Your Profile**
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience gained in Luxembourg.
- Working experience with UCITS funds and alternative investment funds (private equities).
- AML/KYC knowledge.
- Fluency in English and French.
