As a member of the Global Field Support and Processing team, you will be responsible to provide troubleshooting and processing optimization support to closure system customers located throughout the world. The responsibilities may include starting up and/or optimizing cycle times and closure quality on specialty and beverage closure systems, as well as standalone molds and/or mold conversions.
**This position can be either located in Europe, Middle East, India or Africa.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Successful process optimization of closure systems
- Support existing field service organization in closure hot runner, mold, mold conversions and processing issues
- Support quality team in SIF/SIR investigation in the field
- Mentor/train existing customer success team members to become more proficient in closure system operation & processing
- Provide regular and Effective written reports, suitable for internal or external audiences.
- Approximately 75% travel globally.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree or diploma in a technical field such as mechanical, electrical, engineering, air condition system or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience processing closure systems
- Knowledge of Husky closure molds and hot runners
- Knowledge of closures inspection methodology and vision systems
- Skilled in troubleshooting closure defects and root cause analysis
- Knowledge of capping & filling systems and troubleshooting with respect to closure design & defects
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer orientated, dedicated team player, initiative taker
- Fluent in English
