Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Corporate Legal Officer expérimenté pour rejoindre cette équipe d’une petite dizaine de personnes, dans une fiduciaire fondée en 2016 et basée en plein cœur de Luxembourg-ville. Cette fiduciaire se spécialise dans les services de domiciliation, comptabilité, fiscalité et gestion quotidienne juridique pour une clientèle de type SOPARFIs/Holdings.
La fiduciaire se distingue de ses concurrents par son approche de travail unique : La fiduciaire n’utilise pas de timesheet et offre beaucoup d’autonomie à ses employés. De plus, il est important pour les associés de la fiduciaire que les employés soient passionnés par leurs domaines, mais qu’ils aient aussi des loisirs et passions en dehors du travail. Dans cette équipe vous retrouverez notamment des sportifs, comme un dresseur de chevaux, ou encore un forgeron.
Les collaborateurs sont tous récompensés pour leur participation active au développement de la structure. La fiduciaire accorde par exemple des primes si de nouveaux clients sont apportés par l’intermédiaire des employés, même s’il n’y a aucune obligation en ce sens.

Vos responsabilités |Corporate Legal Officer - Fiduciaire - PSF - Juridique - Law
Grâce à votre niveau d’expérience et autonomie, vous êtes à même de gérer un portefeuille clients de la constitution à la liquidation. Celui-ci sera composé de SOPARFIs, Holdings.
Vous vous occupez notamment de la préparation des conseils d’administration, la rédaction des minutes et autres documents juridiques.
Vous publiez les comptes annuels et d’autres modifications (changement de siège social, changement d’actionnaires ) au Registre de Commerce.
Vous vous chargez de l’ouverture des comptes bancaires.
Profil et parcours | Corporate Legal Officer - Fiduciaire - PSF - Juridique - Law
Vous avez entre 2 et 5 ans d’expérience comme corporate (legal) officer au sein d’une fiduciaire ou PSF luxembourgeoise. Grâce à cette expérience, vous êtes autonome de la constitution à la liquidation sur votre portefeuille clients.
Vous avez une très bonne compréhension des la législation luxembourgeoise en vigueur et surtout applicable sur les SOPARFIs.
La maîtrise du français et de l’anglais est demandée, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. Un niveau « bilingue » n’est pas demandé mais vous disposez toutefois d’un niveau professionnel.
Un Bachelier ou Master en Droit constitue un réel atout même si ce n’est pas une condition sine qua non pour cette opportunité.
Vous êtes une personne posée mais ouverte, et vous avez des loisirs et passions dont vous êtes heureux de parler avec vos collègues.
