**In-house** **Senior Corporate/Legal Officer**
**Location: Luxembourg**
This is a great opportunity to join my client, Management Company specialising in UCITs and contribute actively to their success and evolution. The Senior Corporate and Legal Officer will contribute to all legal activities of the Management Company as well as the investment funds managed by the Management Company and will report to the Head of Legal.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Drafting and reviewing corporate documents (e.g. circular resolutions, notices to shareholders, etc.) as well as facilitating the preparation and dissemination of fund related documentation such as factsheets, UCITS KIIDs, PRIIPS KIDs, etc. and related publications.
- Deadline monitoring, convocation, preparation (e.g. agenda drafting, board packages coordination and preparation, etc.) of meetings of the board of directors as well as annual and extraordinary general shareholders’ meetings.
- Administration of corporate entities (e.g. filings with trade and companies register, maintaining the company’s archives, etc.).
**Role Requirements**
- Minimum of 3 years of similar experience from Luxembourg service provider or in-house.
- University degree (preferably in Law, Business Administration, or comparable studies).
- Regulatory knowledge regarding Luxembourg fund laws, CSSF circulars, etc.
- Excellent command of english language.
