**Job Description**:
Are you an experienced compliance officer in an AIFM in Luxembourg, and looking to increase your responsibilities and learning curve by moving into a Conducting Officer role?
If you thrive in a hands-on, dynamic environment, where you have sufficient knowledge and experience to be approved by the CSSF, but still recognize the value of being trained by hands-on colleagues, this could be a great role for you as a first or second role as Conducting Officer.
Our client is a relatively small real estate AIFM. You will be one of four Conducting Officers, working in a small city-centre office, with international liaison. You will have excellent knowledge of AIFMD and Circular 18/698, experience in compliance monitoring, and good knowledge of the regulatory framework.
This is a hands-on role, so as well as implementing and managing the compliance plan, you’ll undertake compliance risk assessments, be involved in onboarding, report to the Executive, provide regulatory guidance based on your regulatory watch, and draft new policies and procedures to ensure best practice is maintained.
