Sous la supervision et la collaboration de la senior corporate officer, vous avez la charge de la gestion administrative d’un ensemble de sociétés de capitaux ou de personnes détenues à titre privé.
Vous assistez également l’équipe dans certaines tâches comptables ou para-légales.
**Vous assurez la gestion quotidienne des sociétés**: tenue des dossiers, assistance à l’élaboration de différents contrats, suivi des signatures, préparation de décomptes de charges annuelles pour les projets immobiliers, tenue des dossiers AML/KYC à jour etc.
Vous faites le lien avec les différents intervenants sur les sociétés (investisseurs, banque, administrations )
Vous êtes diplômé(e) au minimum d'un Bac+2 en gestion administrative/secrétariat,
Vous disposez d’une expérience professionnelle de minim 1 année.
Vous êtes dynamique, polyvalent(e), multitâche.
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
Vous êtes discret(e) et organisé(e).
Vous avez une bonne présentation.
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et avez un bon niveau d’anglais (l’allemand ou le luxembourgeois sont considérés comme un réel atout)
