You will have the opportunity to deal with a varied client portfolio such as SOPARFIs, SIF, PE-RE and so on, which will really be an asset for you : you will complete your expertise, extend your industry knowledge giving you a strong advantage on the market

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer - PSF - Legal

You will have to lead the daily legal activities related to your client portfolio (Holding, Securitization, SOPARFI et cetera) from the constitution to the liquidation.

As a Corporate Officer, you will be named as the point of contact between our partner and third parties (colleagues, clients, bank ) which will help you to create a solid working relationship with various stakeholders’ profiles.

You will have to organize board and general meetings and also have to draft minutes.<

Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer - PSF - Legal

For this opportunity, we are looking for a motivated and autonomous person that is able to speak in English fluently given the fact that you will have to communicate with a large panel of individuals on the occasion of your day-to-day missions. Any others languages spoken, will be considered as an asset.

A minimum of one year experience as a Corporate Officer in a similar organization in Luxembourg is required for this position, since it will provide you a level of autonomy on your assignments.

You consider yourself as a dynamic person who has good interpersonal and communication skills, which will help you to integrate quickly within the 10-person team.

According to your profile and experience for this position your annual remuneration could reach a gross amount of € 48 000, which will allow you as a (Junior) Corporate Officer a good level of independence in your career beginning and start to write your common story with our partner and build a strong relationship based on mutual trust and evolution

This PFS offers € 10.80 meal vouchers each working day, allowing you to fully enjoy the company of your colleagues by having lunch with them among one of the diversified restaurants close to the office.

Each year, you will be making the most of the extra holidays offered by our partners (28 days) which will help you to dedicate yourself to your loved ones and personal projects.
