- Monitoring team KPIs and setting the pace within the team in fulfilling the service catalogue at the highest quality
- Partnering with other key stakeholders across Partners Group to contribute to group-wide initiatives and to develop and implement the long-term global vision of Oversight; acting as change agent where processes require modification/enhancements, both at local and global level
- Leading and participating in specific projects contributing to the overall operating efficiency/effectiveness of the Company's operations
- Keeping up with and implementing legal and regulatory developments in an efficient and streamlined manner
- Leading due diligence visits and other key ongoing monitoring activities with service providers, ensuring proper documentation of such visits/activities, and ensuring adequate remedial actions are agreed and undertaken within pre-agreed timelines
- Acting as point of escalation when issues arise
- Reviewing oversight processes and procedures on a regular basis and ensuring these are kept up to date to reflect any changes to the legal and regulatory framework and general operating framework
- Attending and contributing to boards and committee meetings
- Attending and contributing to operational, audit and regulatory meetings as required
- Analyzing and solving challenges beyond the strict remit of the oversight service catalogue
- Providing well thought through inputs to the Regional Head Oversight/Conducting Officer to drive team rules and operational strategy
- Handling requests from internal stakeholders and external stakeholders in a timely manner

**What we expect**
- Minimum 7-9 years of experience in an accounting/auditing or controlling function preferably within the Luxembourg fund industry
- Accounting/Finance degree (ideally master's) or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience of completing due diligence, audit reports or monitoring & testing reviews
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
