In order to support the strong growth of the company, this fintech is looking for a Senior onboarding specialist to take charge of the onboarding team in place.

You will be the referent of the team in charge of the analysis and validation of new prospects as well as the follow-up of the life of the customer throughout the business relationship. You will be able to bring your experience, ideas and initiatives, support more junior profiles and thus contribute to the cohesion of the team.

**Missions**:
Attached to the Compliance department of the company, your missions will be as follows
- Daily monitoring and training of the onboarding team
- Writing and maintaining operational procedures
- Review of prospect activity as well as first level validation,
- Presentation of more complex (sensitive) prospects to management,
- Monitoring of the business relationship on the basis of a renewal schedule for KYC documentation and analysis of the activity of the customers of the base,
- Interaction with the other teams of the company (mainly the sales team in charge of supporting customer onboarding),
- Follow-up of agent and distributor declarations to the regulator (CSSF),
- Be the point of contact for issues related to onboarding and report critical points to the compliance officer and management,
- Participation in various projects related to the function.

**Your Profile**:

- You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role
- You are recognized and appreciated for your sense of organization, availability, and autonomy
- You are precise with a critical mind and a willingness to learn and continually update your knowledge
- Auditor experience will be a real advantage for the function
- You have an excellent level of French and English both orally and in writing
