Amds Controller

**Responsibilities**:
- Actively engage in controlling activities within the Segment for various management reporting cycles: MRF (Most Recent Forecast), MC (Management Committees), Quarterly Business Area Reviews, Yearly Budget and Strategy cycles.
- Coordinate mid-year strategic exercises, including KSI (Key Strategic Initiatives) reviews.
- Develop frameworks for Forecast/Budget submissions.
- Coordinate central postings at the segment level.
- Respond in an agile manner to all ad-hoc requests related to controlling topics.
- Foster business partnerships with Business Divisions.
- Serve as a point of reference for internal financial data extractions from IT tools: BPM (Financial consolidation tool), AMDS Cube, Power BI, etc.
- Enhance the quality and accuracy of analyses.
- Ensure that mechanisms in the AMDS Cube are updated with the latest definitions.
- Facilitate financial controlling, cost controlling, commercial controlling, cash management, and performance management for the Segment.
- Actively participate and react promptly to ad-hoc requests from Segment CEO and CFO.
- Develop, communicate, and implement control systems to increase productivity and ensure financial reporting compliance with company practices and professional standards.
- Identify and alert on risk areas, recommend/take measures for corrective actions, and maintain safeguards.
- Support the Corporate Performance Management team by ensuring quality inputs and timely submissions in all reporting processes.
- Focus on increasing commercial controlling aspects such as price follow-up and revenue management. Follow up on joint venture (JV) performance in comparison to Business performance.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration (BA), Applied Economics or Engineering.
- minimum 3 years of experience in controlling or accounting positions, preferably within international companies (group).
- background in a complex industry, especially in a manufacturing environment, with experience in an audit firm being an asset.
- Proficient English level is a requirement.
**Team**:
- You will join a team of 4 controllers
- You will report directly to the Head of Performance Management
- You will be located in Luxembourg Pétrusse
