As a Travel Procurement Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping our travel category strategies, driving global deals, and ensuring excellence in our travel services. You will:

- Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and Travel Management Companies (TMCs) to secure the best terms and pricing for travel services. Regularly review contracts, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with suppliers to maximize cost savings and service quality.
- Manage the Travel Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings, providing updates on travel-related initiatives, addressing challenges, and facilitating discussions to align with organizational goals.
- Regularly analyze Travel KPIs, including travel spend, compliance, CO2 footprint, and traveler satisfaction. Identify improvement areas and implement action plans to enhance travel processes.
- Act as the primary contact for the Travel Operations Team, ensuring the global travel program is up-to-date in EVO Concur and offline booking environments.
- Serve as the main point of contact for 30+ local markets, addressing queries about the travel program and evaluating potential change requests.
- Investigate and implement mobility solutions with a strong focus on change management. Leverage your industry experience to contribute to travel sustainability initiatives.
- Participate in and support projects related to Fleet and Meetings & Events categories, working in an agile environment.

**Who you are**:

- ** Customer Centric**:Effective engagement with internal customers and can confidently present at the senior management level.
- ** Industry Expert**:Experience in the travel industry or procurement category management. Familiarity with Meetings & Events and Fleet management is a bonus.
- ** Supplier Relationship**: Strong negotiation skills and can build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
- ** Reasoning Skillset**: A knack for analyzing data and drawing actionable insights to drive improvement.
- ** Language Skills**: Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills with additional language skills being a plus.
- ** Education & Experience**: A higher degree or proven experience in the field.
