**Summary**:
As Funds Talent continue to assist a globally renowned player in the funds industry successfully build out their compelling vision for the Luxembourg Private Equity market, we now seek an Associate Director for the Private Equity Fund Accounting division.

This company are a world leader in the funds industry and provide the perfect mixture of the latest accounting technology whilst investing fully in employee learning and development, setting you up for success from day one.

**Key requirements**:
The Role:
Stakeholder Management
- Be the technical lead for the PE function
- Responsibility for performance i.e. for audit, governance and risk compliance.
- Lead client presentations
- Represent team by acting were appropriate

People management
- Develop the team, providing clear leadership and motivation
- Responsibility for staffing levels being aligned, mandatory training being completed and registered. Additional training being identified and delivered to further develop staff.

Operational
- Ensure the PE function is performing as should with regard to SLA’s.
- Lead senior management of efficiency, team development and performance.
- Responsibility for performance review and amendments to team KPIs, as well as negotiating contractual improvements to SLAs with clients.
- Project Management were necessary

Management style
- Lead at team that wants to flourish. Have the empathy to people manage, yet drive to achieve, while keeping all team members aligned to the team goals
- Embed a knowledge culture, were people feel open to question and grow.
- Embed compliance and risk management at the forefront of staff thoughts.
