**Your Challenge**
- Main back-up of Client Welcome Desk and Switchboard
- Supporting the Relationship Manager with administrative tasks and projects
- Preparation and follow-up of client visits and meetings
- Settlement of payment orders and monitoring due dates
- Preparation and follow up of account openings
- Processing of customer orders (exchange transactions, security tradings, credits etc.)
- Processing of customer correspondence, telephone contact with clients
- Creating statistics and reports (Word / Excel)
- Trouble Shooting, execution of diverse formalities
**Your Profile**
- Completed bank apprenticeship and at least two years of work experience as Private Banking Assistant or studies in the financial field
- MiFID II Certification is mandatory
- Profound knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Pleasure and experience in independent and self-responsible execution of tasks as well as the ability to maintain an overview even in stressful periods
- Client-oriented, professional and friendly way of service and a high sense of responsibility
- Trustworthiness, flexibility and capacity of team work
- Fluent written and spoken language skills in German, English and French. Any other language knowledge is regarded as an advantage.
