**Deine Herausforderung**
- Professionelle und selbstständige Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, Reklamationen & allgemeiner Korrespondenz
- Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Kontoeröffnungen für Privat
- und Firmenkonten sowie Kreditkartenanträgen
- Bearbeitung und termingerechte Ausführung von Überweisungsaufträgen
- Erstellung der Dokumentation für Kundentermine oder Geschäftsreisen
- Unterstützung der Kundenberater bei KYC und Compliance Themen
- Termingerechte Ausführung der wiederkehrenden Aufgabenliste
- E-Banking-Hotline Support
- Support bei Kundenterminen wie z.B. Unterstützung bei Kontoeröffnungen
- Überwachung von Kapitalmaßnahmen, Fälligkeiten, Erfassung von Termingeldern und Krediten sowie FX-Geschäften / Entgegennahme und Abwicklung von Wertpapieraufträgen (via Avaloq)
- Dokumentenmanagement via AppWay: (MiFID II relevante) Updates, Onboarding, Offboarding, Credit Application
- Unterstützung bei speziellen Projekten, Aufgaben und Kundenevents.
**Dein Profil**
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Bankkauffrau /-mann und mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung als Private Banking Assistenz oder du hast ein entsprechendes Studium im Finanzbereich absolviert
- Du siehst deine Aufgabe darin, dem Kunden und dem Kundenberater einen exzellenten Service zu bieten und hast Freude am Umgang mit Kunden
- Du bist selbstorganisiert, vertrauenswürdig, behältst auch in Stresssituationen den Überblick und bist in der Lage Prioritäten zu setzen
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine freundliche sowie kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise aus und verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Flexibilität
- Teamwork ist dir genauso wichtig wie uns
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Aufgabenbereich der Private Banking Assistenz, im MS-Office-Paket (Word, Excel) und idealerweise auch in den Systemen AppWay und Avaloq
- Du verfügst über hervorragende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
