**The team**

The Client Service Control team is part of the Schroder Investment Management (Europe) S.A. (“SIM EU”) Client Service department in Luxembourg.

The team is also responsible for all the life cycle of French FCPs as well as the lifecycle of all discretionary portfolio management signed with SIM EU. This includes oversight of institutional reporting and RFPs management (review, validation, approval).

**Key responsibilities of the team include**:
**Data collation and dashboard production**:Collecting and analysing data to create monthly management information (MI) dashboards to provide visibility on performance metrics and risks.

**Reporting**:Preparing detailed reports for the Management Committee and Boards. Performing the oversight of all reports sent to institutional investors having a mandate with SIM EU.

**Marketing Committee management**:Managing all aspects of SIM EU Marketing Committee meetings, including preparation and administrative tasks (organisation of the meeting agenda, preparation of minutes, logging of approvals etc). Getting the approval to participate to non standard RFPs, binding RFPS as well as new business model in the institutional business line.

**Support and oversight of segregated mandates and French FCPs**:Assist with RFPs/tenders, onboardings tasks and obtain relevant sign-offs and signatures. For live mandates and FCPs, lead in the oversight role of the team and communicate any mandate changes or terminations to SIM EU stakeholders, ensuring follow-up until completion. Assist with client queries and reporting. Prepare relevant data and KPIs for reporting to management, coordinate with other departments to ensure regulatory reports and completed.

**Process Optimisation**:Exploring better methods and technologies, including the use of artificial intelligence, to enhance processes and improve service delivery.

**The role and what you will do**

You will support the team in delivering across each pillar of the team’s responsibilities.
- **Workflow optimisation**

Leverage in-house Generative AI systems to develop task-specific personas that support our tasks and challenges to enhance operational efficiency (e.g. RFP content, report summaries, document drafting/lookup etc.).
- **Marketing Committee**
- You will coordinate the management of the Marketing Committee; preparing the meeting pack, organising the agenda, writing the minutes, noting actions, maintaining the log of committee approvals and key decisions.Overtime, identify suitable digital documentation tools integrated with SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform to improve the efficiency of the process.
- **Support the Discretionary Portfolio Management (“DPM”) client**lifecycle**
- Leverage in-house tools/AI to support lifecycle management of discretionary mandates and institutional clients by coordinating mandate change tracking, onboarding flows, and reporting protocols.
- Liaise with compliance to ensure business processes align with CSSF and EU regulations as needed.
- Verify the accuracy of the reports before they are being sent to investors and ensure timely delivery.
- Make sure that investors are getting all the mandatory and bespoke reporting on time.Respond to client inquiries regarding mandates and French FCPs.
- **Training and development**

Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about market trends, AI, investment philosophies, and regulatory developments.

**The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need**
- Good organisational skills and capability to work independently and with commitment to deliver under tight deadlines
- Skills/curiosity in Generative AI and prompting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform is a plus (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory
