Senior Analyst, Client Services
Description
The Senior Analyst, Client Services for Corporate Trust reports into his/her Team Leader and provides support to the team and to the daily activities of clients serviced out of The Bank of New York Mellon SA/NV, Luxembourg Branch (“BNYML”). Such supporting responsibilities shall include (but not be limited to):
Support client relationship management - ensure that internal and external clients are delivered an accurate, timely and quality service during all aspects of the processes for which BNYML is appointed as Agent.
**Assigned tasks**:
Works with external clients to resolve moderately complex day-to-day issues and directs them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon.
Supports clients in addressing moderately complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed. Applies intermediary problem solving skills, experience and judgment to analyse information. Uses communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.
Monitors client inquiries, resolves non-routine issues and escalates complex issues to the appropriate team members, as needed.
Uses knowledge of client issues and needs to contribute to business development efforts.
Provides clients information related to BNY Mellon products and services representing multiple lines of business and geographies and directs them to the appropriate resources, as needed, leverages a good understanding of broader BNY Mellon services and offerings.
**Leadership**:
No direct reports; provides guidance to less experienced Client Processing Support staff, as needed.
**Qualifications**:
3-5 year(s) experience in banking industry
Knowledge of Corporate Trust roles is an advantage
**Languages**:
Fluent English written and oral
Fluent French written and oral
Basics in Luxembourgish is an advantage
**Skills**:
Excellent organisational skills with ability to plan and think ahead.
Excellent work attitude
Ability to work independently and under pressure while being perfectly organized and rigorous.
Able to conduct themselves with integrity and a desire for excellence at all times, with a clear sense of personal responsibility.
