Who we are looking for

As a member of the Global Client Administration Team, the EMEA Region Lead will oversee a group of Client Administration E2E Process Experts supporting EMEA Clients. This will include supporting the Client Coverage Teams on Fee Schedule/Contract Governance and Standardization, ensuring C3OP compliance and ECMS Completeness, and facilitating the GBO Intake process for their assigned segments/regions. Success is measured in the following ways: re-engineering processes for more efficient and timely execution from fee negotiation through to billing, reducing risk for the company, and building capacity for the client facing teams. Key partners to this role include Relationship Managers, Product, Global Billing Operations, Legal, Client Service, Sales, and Business Risk Management. This is an exciting time to join our team as we are growing our remit and you can have a direct impact in our expansion.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

Why this role is important to us

In supporting the EMEA IS Client base, it allows us to deliver a comprehensive, holistic approach to each client relationship — for asset managers and asset owners, insurance companies, and official institutions globally. Allowing us to work together to bring the very best solutions and services the firm has to offer — across all of our locations, products, and capabilities.

Join us if making your mark on the long-lasting client relationships we build is a challenge you are up for.

What you will be responsible for

As Client Administration EMEA Region Lead you will
- Navigate new deals through the end to end process from Fee Schedule review through to generation of the first client invoice
- Establish and maintain controls to mitigate and/or monitor risks associated with completeness and accuracy of the process
- Act as a mentor/role model for the team and provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members
- Monitor team capacity and allocate workload within the team
- Establish strong relationships within the Client Coverage Team and become deeply embedded within their process
- Partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement of process redesign
- Ensure new and amended contracts are loaded into ECMS within 30 days of contract execution
- Coordinate GBO Intake within 30 days of contract execution
- Drive consistency and standardization

What we value

These skills will help you succeed in this role:

- Demonstrate ability to deliver outcomes in a fast paced, challenging environment
- Strong track record of connecting the dots to inform a larger strategy while maintain an execution oriented mindset
- Outstanding critical thinking and analytical skills with ability to operate strategically and build effective partnerships across multiple stakeholder groups
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Strong communication skills and adaptability to cultural communication styles

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- BS/BA in accounting, finance or economics related area
- 7+ Years in working in Financial Services
- Prior Client Contracting or Billing Experience
- Previous people management experience preferred
- Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility and commitment to company

We truly believe in the power that comes from the diverse backgrounds and experiences our employees bring with them. Although each vacancy details what we are looking for, we don’t necessarily need you to fulfil all of them when applying. If you like change and innovation, seek to see the bigger picture, make data driven decisions and are a good team player, you could be a great fit.
