Are you looking for a role with broad collaboration and the opportunity to work with varied and complex tasks? In this role, you will be driving the development of our pre-sale investor information across our two domiciles.

Danske Invest Management A/S (DIMA) is a subsidiary of Danske Bank A/S and part of Danske Bank’s Large Corporates and Institutions unit. DIMA provides fund management and administrative services to a number of investment funds domiciled in Denmark, Luxembourg and Guernsey. Our main office is located in Copenhagen, but DIMA also delivers services via its Luxembourg branch.

You will join the Governance & Management Team in Luxembourg or Denmark, which consists of 11 dedicated and highly skilled professionals maintaining and developing our governance framework, regulatory projects, first line financial crime and investor information documentation among others. The team is also in charge of hosting board meetings, for both DIMA and its funds under management, and advising both the boards and the executive management on a wide range of topics.

Leading a design and optimization process

You will act as the process owner, maintaining and developing our pre-sale information and will be leading a design and optimization process to ensure that we have aligned, collaborative and efficient processes and continue to deliver best in class pre-sale information to our investors.

You will be drafting and implementing pre-sale information and coordinating the ongoing prospectus production across our value chain. Part of this role is also ongoing benchmarking versus market practise and regulatory demands and being responsible for our quality control before board approval.

As the end-to-end owner of pre-sale investor information, you will also be responsible for identifying needed system support and coordinating and preparing filings with regulators.

Adapt your written communication to suit different audience

We are looking for you who have knowledge of financial products and can write in an easily accessible and precise language with the ability to adapt your written communication to suit different purposes and audiences.

This role will require you to work structured, detail oriented and to handle many deadlines in an ever-changing environment. We also imagine that you have a university degree or equivalent experience in law, finance or similar with a minimum of 3 years of work experience and have proficiency in English and Danish.

You will be the owner of our pre-sale investor process but at the same time collaborating and communicating with various persons, so thriving with many interactions and having good stakeholder management skills is important.
