- M&A Manager and Senior Manager (financial services)
Meraki Talent is currently recruiting for an M&A Manager or Senior Manager (financial services) to join a global professional service firm in Luxembourg. The team has recently had their best month to date and currently working on lots of exciting cross-border deals
Luxembourg is the second largest investment fund centre in the world after the United States, the premier captive reinsurance market in the European Union and the premier private banking centre in the Eurozone. The financial sector is the largest contributor to the Luxembourg economy.
**_Duties_**
***of the M&A Manager or Senior Manager:
- Be able to own each step of an M&A process, executing buy
- and sell-side M&A projects in the financial service industry (banking, insurance, asset management etc)
- Take responsibility for the preparation of marketing documents and client deliverables including teasers, information memorandum, process letters, etc.
- Guide and coach junior team members.
- Identify new business opportunities and pitch to clients, including the preparation and presentation of proposals.
- Network, build and maintain relationships with clients and with the firms international network.
**_Requirements_**:
- _of the M&A Manager or Senior Manager:
- Experience either in corporate finance, corporate development or investment banking.
- You have executed significant M&A engagements in the financial services sector.
- Track record of participating in buy
- and sell-side M&A processes.
- You display business acumen/commercial awareness and can identify business development opportunities.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to lead teams to produce outstanding results for the clients.
- You are fluent in English. French or German is an asset
