- A former experience as a receptionist and|or office manager within a dynamic business environment (Start Up, Big 4 or Law Firm)
- Highly professional and organised individual
- Fluent in French and English

**Your missions**
Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Create positive first impressions by welcoming and assisting clients and visitors.
- Manage phone calls, take messages, and route calls appropriately.
- Adhere to the company's Health and Safety policy.
- Use the computerized system to book rooms and video conferences.
- Prepare and set up meeting rooms, including audio-visual equipment.
- Address inquiries from internal and external clients, visitors, and suppliers.
- Maintain clean and well-stocked meeting rooms.
- Coordinate with Property & Workplace Advisor for catering and equipment setup.
- Arrange taxis, process flower orders, report cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Assist with directions and local area information.
- Support the broader Property & Workplace Team.
- Manage travel and parking bookings.

- Professional, courteous, and well-presented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including room booking systems and audio-visual/IT setup.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in French and proficient in written and spoken business English.
- Highly organized and customer-focused.
- Enthusiastic with a proactive attitude.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Adaptability, initiative, and ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and multitasking ability.
- Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project
